Lower Body

Wild Card

Who says working out can’t be fun? Join us for this full-body workout as we make our way through a deck of cards! Each suit represents a different exercise, and the number dictates how many reps to work - while face cards vary in their purpose from class to class. We won’t stack the deck, but we will give you an awesome workout to test your strength and stamina!
